These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of villagedentalmedicine.com and to text messages you receive from GCCDental PLLC, doing business as Village Dental Medicine, a dental practice at 401 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10014. By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Use of our website

The content on this website is for general information only and is not medical or dental advice. Please contact our office or your dentist about your own care. In an emergency, call 911.

You agree to provide accurate information on our online forms, including the new-patient intake form.

SMS Terms

Program. GCCDental PLLC d/b/a Village Dental Medicine sends text messages to patients who opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our new-patient intake form. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, links to complete visit forms, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 212.741.1100 or [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We handle your mobile number and SMS consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
